Privacy Policy

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you provide: name, email address, phone number, project type, location, budget range, timeline, your message and any file you attach. We also record the page you came from, basic campaign tags (UTM parameters), your browser's user agent and your IP address, to understand how people find us and to protect the form from abuse.

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, discuss a potential project with you and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

The site is hosted on Vercel. Enquiries are stored in a secure database, emails are delivered through Resend, files are stored with Vercel Blob and the form may be protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. These providers process data on our behalf.

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then deleted. [TODO: Confirm retention period]

The public site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. A first-party browser storage entry remembers which page you arrived on, so we can attribute enquiries. The admin area uses a strictly necessary session cookie.
