A crisp street façade: a white frame, recessed balconies with black railings and lime-yellow accents, shown by day and at dusk.
Design visualisation: the images on this page are 3D renders of the proposed building.
Façade
A white frame organises the elevation into recessed balconies with black railings. Lime-yellow soffits and a tall side fin give the building a bright, recognisable edge, and a glazed stair block lights up one side. Parking sits at street level beneath the upper floors.
Day and dusk
The two views show the building in daylight and at dusk, when warm interior light turns the balconies into a lit grid.
